Account Deletion

Delete your account in the app
For Rewind, you can delete your account directly in the app by opening Settings and selecting “Delete Account.” This permanently deletes your account and app data associated with your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@neeveslabs.com with the app name and the email address associated with your account. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your account profile and user-generated app data associated with that account, such as saved scans, routines, and related stored images where applicable.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or app-store compliance purposes. Subscription and purchase records may also remain available through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment processors according to their policies.
